I’m wondering about the law firm Ellen Pao used to advocate for her in this losing effort. How diverse was the firm? She ought to consider whether diversity is a factor in the success of law firms, and make a more enlightened choice for her next lawsuit.

… employer, the storied venture capital firm Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers (now Kleiner Perkins), and lost the case in March 2015 when a jury found Kleiner Perkins not liable for all four of Pao’s claims, including retaliation and failure to prevent retaliation. A few months later, she dropped the suit and decided not to appeal.
